CKPE Group was founded by Dr. Chandra Khoe, MCE, Ph.D., P.E., C.G.C. Dr. Khoe has more than 18 years of experience as a civil-structural engineer. He has been working for the analysis and design pertaining to various types of projects ranging from large-scale projects to single family addition throughout the United States and he has extensive experience in engineering research, management, time related claim preparation and analysis. Dr. Khoe was also an Instructor at the University of South Florida. Additionally, Dr. Khoe has published technical papers and presentations in the major journal publications, e.g.: American Concrete Institute (ACI) and American Society of Civil Engineer (ASCE). Dr. Khoe has a Doctorate in Civil & Environmental Engineering, a Certified General Contractor license, and a Professional Engineer license for the State of Florida.
